You handle payments directly with your customers. When an order is placed, a WhatsApp chat is initiated. You can arrange GPay, UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery directly with the buyer.
Visit your Seller Dashboard -> Orders tab. You can accept/reject pending orders, mark them as "Processing", and finally "Delivered". Each step updates the status for you to track.
Yes! In your "Products" tab, use the "Eye" icon to toggle visibility. If you run out of ingredients or materials, simply hide the product until you restock.
